How can I monitor brand mentions in AI?

Module

Bikma monitors brand mentions by running a defined set of prompts against the main generative models every day and recording where and how the brand appears in the answers.

How it works in Bikma

Monitoring starts from the prompt set: up to roughly 200 questions that matter to the brand, built from the way people actually ask rather than by rewriting keywords. Every day those questions are put to the models and each answer is analysed for presence, mentions and cited sources. The data is granular (readable by single prompt, by model and over time) and stored in the European Union.

What it covers

Monitoring is daily; how many prompts and models are included depends on the plan. The standard models are ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode and Gemini; Perplexity, Copilot, Claude and Grok sit in the custom part (Partner plans for agencies and Corporate for brands), defined at activation. Prompts are monitored in the language of the market, so results reflect what users actually experience.

Why it matters

AI assistants cite few brands per answer: knowing every day whether yours appears, on which questions and with which sources is the first step to acting before absence turns into a commercial problem.
