How do you read Bikma's AI visibility report?

Report

Bikma's AI visibility report tells you how present your brand is in AI assistants' answers and what to do to improve: it opens with a summary that measures your Share of Voice against competitors and continues with an action plan split into three areas of work, two on your site and one off it.

What the report is for

The report turns monitoring into an action plan. First it captures the current picture (where you stand in AI answers and how you compare with the market leaders), then it sets out the concrete actions to get cited more often and in a better light. It is the bridge between the observed data and the work to be carried out on your site, your content and your presence elsewhere.

How it is structured

After the cover, the report always follows the same order. A summary sums up your position with Share of Voice and the comparison with competitors. Next comes the map of the three areas of work: two on-site, meaning on your own site (technical aspects and content), and one off-site, meaning outside your site (citations on third-party sources). Each area has an analysis part, «what we saw», and an operational part, «what to do».

How to use it

The report is designed to be acted on. Every action carries a priority, so you know where to start, and an owner, so you know who takes care of it. The summary helps executives and marketing frame the situation; the three areas help the people working on the site and the content to execute. The natural reading order is top to bottom: first understand where you stand, then act on the priorities.

Frequently asked questions

How often does the report arrive?

The report captures an initial analysis and is updated over time to measure progress. How often depends on the plan and the service agreement; the underlying monitoring is daily.

Does the report include what to do, or just the data?

Both. Alongside what was observed, each area contains the concrete actions to put into practice, with priority and owner.

Who is the report for?

The summary speaks to those who need to frame the situation (management and marketing); the three operational areas speak to those working on the site and the content. It is built to be read by both.
